Joe's Garlic is grown in Rensselaer County in upstate New York. In 2014 I expanded my growing space to plant five varieties of garlic. Now I grow seven types that are available here.
I started growing garlic because I love cooking. I wanted to grow my own garlic so that I would have different varieties on hand for every type of recipe.
Since I started growing garlic in 2012 I have shared it with friends and family. Now that I have expanded my growing space I am beginning to sell my garlic.
